A Message to our Comfort Cub Customers:
As we navigate the current health crisis together, we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our team members, their families and our customers. As always, we are here to help and support you in sending a Comfort Cub in these unprecedented times. We are still delivering nationwide and our team is here to help you. We are open Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm Pacific time and delivering nationwide. Our team is here to help you with your order. We remain committed to our top priority — the health and safety of our community:
Cubs are delivered by one of our reputable carriers including FedEx and United States Postal Service.
As a measure of social distancing and to minimize any potential risk of exposure for both our carriers and our customers, no in person contact is necessary for deliveries.
The World Health Organization has provided guidance that the risk of COVID-19 infection from a package that has moved, travelled, or been exposed to different conditions and temperatures is low.
We have always implemented a 100% remote workforce which in these times enable us to maintain a safe environment.
We are grateful to work with The Comfort Cub which was created to help people going through heartache or trauma. We sincerely thank you for your support and encourage you to support your local heroes in any ways you can — we’re all in this together. The more we stay connected to our friends, families, and neighbors, the stronger we will be on the other side of uncertainty.

We follow the following delivery protocol guidelines:
Leaving a package unattended (e.g. on the porch) will be an acceptable form of delivery.
All of our employees practice responsible sanitation and hand-washing as stated by the CDC.
Delivery vehicles are properly ventilated throughout the day and in clean condition
Announce arrival by ringing bell or knocking on the door, but practice touchless delivery
Deliveries to non-residential addresses, like hospitals and schools, may be impacted by health and safety restrictions due to the evolving pandemic.
Our fulfillment team follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as defined by the FDA. These GMPs include, but are not limited to, social distancing, sanitizing, hand washing/drying, wearing gloves, restrictions against eating or drinking at work stations, team members will not work if they are sick or not feeling well.
